Exotic food - Ginataang Spicy Suso

Hello Steemians,

Last February 18, 2018, my first born niece celebrate her 7th Birthday. Everyone are excited, after 6 months preparation.

I was assigned as photographer that time even I got jet-lag, even no enough sleep I carry own, that's life keep moving.

"Tipid tip" if you have your own camera and smartphone use that and explore, you can create your own style and will be amazed that you can do things right.! Just try it on.

This food I will never forget!!!

One of the food that they serve is Ginataang Suso, at first if you are not familiar in this kind of Food you will ask. Anu Toh!! panu kaiinin toh!!

Thats two questiones came to my mine that time, and someone from the kitchen says try it!!!.

Then I try it!!! Suddenly I say OMG, its yummy, though its hard to eat ang SUSO. But then its masarap, mabenta sa mga nagbabarik " Batangas word " Nagiinuman in tagalog".

And the rest is history.

Sorry for this photo got no chance to say CHEESE for a while, more peeps craving for this.

And who say NO to Minudo, of course everyone love this, In any occasions specially Fiesta and Wedding in Batangas, signature their menu in any occasions. Haha

I dont have chance to take a photo to another food that I love, Potchero.
