Touring around Singapore will never be complete without a visit to any of the nearby hawker center or foodcourt.
Prices ranging from 3-4SGD depending on which local food item will it be. Of course, the local bee hoon is expected to cost lesser depending which other food item you'll order with it.
So, tonight at Red Hill Food Center I had the Mee Pok Dry.
Just a bit of chili please, auntie! 😊
Edit: Mee Pok came from minced pork from local lingo back in the older days as they say. I am yet to find a documented historical background about this. Will update again as and when available.
mouth-watering. HMmmmm I need to try this when I go visit Singapore. thanks. :D

You definitely should! They even have the pickeled green chilies you may wish to add to each spoonful. 😊

The auntie gave me just the right amount of chili.
The soft and tender minced pork and pork liver was superb.
Amazing! The locals have really mastered their craft.
I bet they can prep you up an order even while blind folded.
Please consider coming back. :)
