How are you steemians?
Puso ng saging also known as banana buds or banana blossom is so yummy when you cook it. Tonight, I want to share you my viand ginisang saging ng puso with chicharon. Banana is commonly found in our place and one of the most common fruit that is served in the table when we eat.
But for those who don’t know, its buds can be cooked. To give you a simple tips on how I cooked it, just continue reading and know how to do it in a very simple way.
First, I took out the tougher outer part of the banana buds and slice the inner part of it.
Second, I steamed the slice banana buds to soften and to cook halfway. After, I already prepared the oil, onions, slice garlic, 1 piece slice chili, and mash chicharon. Next to it after preparing all those add on ingredients, you can now start cooking. Fry the garlic until it becomes brownish, add the onions and chili and leave it for about 3 minutes. And add the chicharon to make it tastier as a replacement for meat, then, leave again for how many minutes. Lastly, put the steamed slice banana buds and add a little bit of soy sauce. Leave for about 5 minutes.
And that’s it, tho it’s just a simple food but it tastes good as well as it’s very healthy.
Yum,yum,yum!!!!!!
