What could go wrong with this dish? Precisely nothing! Our very own Adobo... This one with pork belly and sitaw (string beans).

Originally Adobo derived from Spanish words " Adobar" meaning "pickling sauce" in English it is called as" vinegar-braised", because it is made up and cooked with vinegar.
