The food I wouldn't eat!

My friends would just tell me we need to practice eating like goats "practice tag kinanding ane". After hearing a bunch of health lectures and finding the benefit of raw foods.

But really? I grew up eating a lot of meat! I like vegetables, but it's hard to eat them without meat! Imagine goats? cows? horses? They would just eat pure grasses and look so satisfied. I thought I can only see that with animals, but these past few years I've seen people taken a bite of fresh green (of course not grasses) leafy vegetables from the live branch, not to mention that kid in china that went viral,

In fact she'd been named as Baby eating machine, she eats vege without any problem. I've seen it happened too for some people in our community, they would not really get any temptation from crispy fried chicken because they grew up not tasting it, for some who'd been vegan on their teenage years well some were delighted and some still transitioning(relate much).

A privilege
Last year me and my friends had the privilege of listening first had on a lecture on "Cancer Cells" from a noble prize awardee, a scientist, doctor, Doc Oclarit a good friend of Doc Tam Mateo if you've watched "Salamat Doc" Program of ABS-CBN. He told us three distinct characters of cancer cells that according to him has to be written yet in the book.

Cancer cell is a NEUPLASM. Neu means “new” while plasm means “cell”. It’s a new cell in a new environment. All cells in our body has equal propensity and goes only to its distinct body part. For example if it’s a cell for the liver then it will only stay as liver cell, it won’t go to the lungs to pretend as a lung cell, as it has its own. All parts of our body have its cell while a cancer cell invades to any parts of the body where it shouldn’t be. It bypasses the command center of our body, the brain.

Secondly, Cancer cells lost its ability to control cell division. Cancer cell breaks the most basic rules of cell behavior by which multicellular are built and maintain. While cell division in our body follows its natural process, the cancer cell does the opposite. And it can spread as many as it can, in any parts of our body depending on the causes that triggers it like the food we eat, or stresses in life.

Lastly, Cancer cell is a cell that refuses to die. Our body can detect invaders from within including cancer cells, the brain then sends T-cells that act as police in our blood stream to get or kill the cancer cell but unfortunately cancer cells refuses to die by making the T-cell dormant. Unless our immune system will be boost plus making alkaline body.

You can read more from this site on the importance of Alkaline Body: https://www.mensfitness.com/nutrition/what-to-eat/diet-qa-what-it-means-be-alkaline

What is raw food and how does it boost our immune system?

Cooking raw food means eating without cooking this is highly common for people practicing veganism or for those cancer patients that are abstaining from chemo therapy. Vast majority of fruits and vegatables are consumed to boost the immune system does making a treat to cancer cells. Since cancer cells are strengthen by meat.

"Cooking food destroys 100 percent of all enzymes in a food. Because many foods contain the necessary enzymes needed to digest that food (and get the nutrients out of the food), cooking food places a great burden on our body and does not allow you to get as many nutrients out of the food. Actually, cooking food does damage to the value of the food in over two dozen different ways"- Accessed from Cancer Tutor on Raw Foods

“Everytime you are eating, you are either feeding a disease or fighting it.”

For those who are transitioning their taste buds like mine you can have this juicing starter. Remember the younger you start the better, because each cells will change at a particular time frame like for kidney cells replaces after 150 days, liver cells replaces every 300 days. Meaning, if you have eaten well then you're doing right, for longer terms every 10 years our bone cells will also be replaced so if you have eaten more raw food then their is a big chance that you will look younger and healthier every after 10 years. Like this woman:

Also stress management is important however healthy your eating if we are always stress then the food will only turn acid. Positivity also has immense value, for me singing praises to our creature is a good medicine right? Along with exercise and proper sleep ^ ^.

So I copied this from the wellness center we visited last year where we met Doc Oclarit, they use this every lunch for the cancer patients but is really good taste that I want to share it with you, the ingredients are in the photo. The ripe sab-a bananas are there to sweetened the juice, if you don't have this you can alternately use sugar beets as well. The important ingredient here is the camote tops you can also add malabar spinach, lettuce and green leafy vegetables that is available in your garden.

Blend it and drink it not any longer than 15 minutes.

Another one, you might want to know the amazing thing about the first photo is that you won't be using any dairy product for its sauce. Have your note ready then:

If you know anything about cancer or raw juicing I would love to hear from your suggestions as well.
