Today I will be sharing what I am doing for the past few days in Preparation for the meet-up and laucnhing of Steemphnegros!

To my future steemphnegros team are you ready? So, I prepared some things that we can use for our meet-up to make it fun, full of excitement and discover friendship beyond community!

At first I already made a post about my plan of building a steemphbacolod. Since there is already a group of people who already started a community in Demagute City. I'd rather choose to collaborate with them to make a wide and massive influence of steemit here in Negros Province both Occidental and Oriental. The steemphnegros is about to launch this march because according to miss imma @immarojas they finalize things for the opening of this branch.

It's challenging on my part to join them because the distance is not a joke! LOL. traveling time is absurd that will take 6 to 7 hours or more from Bacolod plus the expensive transportation that ranges from 400 to 600 pesos I guess " I'm not sure for now " so for back and forth it will cost more than a thousand. But my desire is stronger than my super savvy capabilities. I want to join in the community where I can improve more than expectation.

I want to show aggressiveness and fierce intention for this a benefit on my part and for all the members here in Negros.
I want also to share for the future success of this team " We claimed it that it will succeed in no time " a positive attitude to create positive results.

I talked already to one of the member in steemit Dumaguete and I coordinated with @bobiecayao. We shared ideas, discussed some topic about the launching and plan the forthcoming meet-up.

We already talk about as well the project of miss @immarojas together with the featured artist @flabbergast-art for the " Walk of Hope " by alinaga to be presented here in Bacolod. I already made a research, store visits in some shops looking for products made of bamboo. Specifically the "Bambike " or bike made of bamboo. Since I'm having hard time to find an artist doing it here. @bobiecayao and I look to some cities here in Negros and we discover that Bayawan City is making this Bambike.

From Bacolod going to Bayawan City is morethan four hours @bobiecayao and I planned to visit the shop making this bambike. The possible date that we can visit is next week Tuesday March 6 even though it's bit far we need to communicate with them at same time with @immarojas .So this event will be on the month of April according to @bobiecayao we already preparing it to makesure the smooth presentation.

Important Reminders!

Each member should prepare at least ( 3 ) three to ( 5 ) five ( FAQ's ) Frequently Asks Questions " based on steemit "

Everyone's participation is very important in order for us to identify our strengths and possible weakness including the ( stressors ).

Each member should prepare for " self introducing to know each other " Plus showcase your hidden talents is singing, dancing, drama or whatever you want to show ( Ice Breaker just for additional fun no kill joy ) hahaha

Time is not Gold.. Time is life.. in short no late comer to promote time management awareness.

Most importantly don't be so serious, just enjoy, relax, mingle with others, established friendship, be comfortable, and treat every one as a family more than just a team.

We also need support from other community to build this team in Negros. We will accept suggestions, opinions, comments or any help will do for the successful launching of this new community.

Plan after the meet-up

I've been to Dumaguete for how many times but I wasn't able to tour all the destination and remarkable places. After the event I have plan to visit some places in Dumaguete I know they have beautiful beaches and resorts and to know better my team. I guess this is the best way to established that relationship with them. I'm not sure if how many days should I spend in Dumaguete due to my fixed budget. More than that this is also the best time to unwind, free myself from stress and enjoy life quite some time. That's why I'm very excited for this meet-up and I can't wait to mingle with them. For the steemphnegros logo @bearone already made that for us. Though it's yet officially announced I am making all these things the steemph community.
