4. The SP delegation will continue to develop according to the number of SPs that we delegate.

Rules for delegating SP :

1. We cannot delegate SP that is in Power down.
2. We cannot reduce SP delegations from the previous amount.
3. However, delegating part of our SP and the rest is for our own account.
4. We can only delegate the SP that we have, not the SP delegated by friends to Us.
