Jamur Kipas Crispy

Sejak awal tahun 2000, jamur tiram atau jamur kipas menjadi makanan favorit masyarakat Bandung. Jamur ini dipopulerkan oleh karena rasanya yang lezat, bergizi, dan bisa diolah menjadi makanan yang khas. Tapi, kini saya akan membagikan resep Jamur Kipas Crispy. Kita coba, yuk!
Hello Steemian. How are you? Hope you all are always healthy. If healthy, we can enjoy the foods we like. Now I will talk about fan mushrooms. Since the beginning of 2000, oyster mushrooms or fan mushrooms have become a favorite food for the people of Bandung. This mushrooms is popularized because of its delicious, nutritious taste, and can be processed into typical foods. But, now I will share the Crispy Fan Mushroom recipe. We try, let's!
Bahan-bahan:
- 250 grm Jamur tiram/ kipas
- 6 sdm tepung terigu
- 1 sdm tepung maizena
- 3 sdm tepung beras
- Garam secukupnya
- Merica secukupnya
- Penyedap rasa secukupnya
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
- Bumbu halus: 3 siung bawang putih, 1 sdm ketumbar + garam dan sedikit penyedap rasa.
Ingredients:
- 250 grm Oyster / fan mushrooms
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons of rice flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Taste sufficient taste
- Right amount of oil
- Smooth spices: 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of cilantro + salt and a little flavor.
Cara memasak: | How to cook:
Cuci bersih jamur lalu tiriskan. Kemudian marinasi jamur dengan bumbu halus. Diamkan selama 15 menit. | Wash the mushrooms and drain. Then marinate the mushrooms with fine spices. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Campur semua tepung, beri garam, merica dan penyedap rasa.
Selanjutnya guling-gulingkan jamur ke dalam tepung bumbu sampai merata dan tekan-tekan, guling-gulingkan lagi supaya kriuk.
Panaskan minyak goreng dan celupkan jamur yang sudah dibalut tepung ke dalam minyak panas. Goreng hingga kecoklatan.

Heat cooking oil and dip the mushrooms wrapped in flour into hot oil. Fry until browned.
