Glossary
WOTAN
A master Algorithm that's designed to issue currency based on a regional economic heat map, so we get the biggest bang for the buck. It makes sure funds are available to under capitalized people, businesses and industries, and flags businesses and industries that are overheating so industry associations can figure out how to limit capital before a bubble is created. Economists are in charge of it, so it's human derived, but then based on their goals and targets it can be automated. And, it can be changed based on natural resources, capital, technology and skill sets of a reaction. It's an automated Federal Reserve or Central bank that delivers price stability, so people, business and markets trust it more than a central bank.
SDR 16
Special drawing rights (ISO 4217 currency code XDR, also abbreviated SDR) are supplementary foreign exchange reserve assets defined and maintained by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The XDR is the unit of account for the IMF, and is not a currency per se. The value of the SDR is re-established every 5 years. The 16 as in 2016 refers to the value of the SDR in 2016.
CRYPTOBERFEST
Crypto Currencies will be accepted at Oktoberfest!!!!
Community Participation
From the get go, we wanted this podcast to be about helping to grow the Steem community to grow in a positive fashion. This can be done best with participation from the whole community. We would like to interview active members of the Steem society and are open to topic suggestions. Even criticism is welcome though to quote the DAO slack loading page "Please be civil and considerate!" I see Steemit as potentially being the platform that introduces blockchain tech to the masses and Comm-Press is here to do our part in making this dream a reality!
Big thanks goes out to our listeners and guests, Ryan Casey and Jon Underwood!
