Trading every day - almost. Bitcoin & Crypto is all about volatility. We do not hodl. It is not sure Bitcoin will go up again. It might as well go down. We are always ready to buy & sell. For a fact most day traders lose money. We don't. Not because we have a special vision. We take small profits and suffer our stop outs. We follow charts and a basic set of rules.
Why is you so volatile my Bitcoin Prince?
How is 2020 Q1 doing so far? For a while it seemed that the market became a lot less volatile. But the same tricks are played all the time. The pumps & dumps and all manipulation you can think of. Sure there are many good developments on product level, but we do not see that impacting price a lot.
Is this becoming the year of DeFi? It's complicated. The trend is there and keeping information up to date can't hurt. We have become very skeptical about many projects.

We see little improvement in communication skills of the crypto community at large. Much remains nerd lingo. True: with some effort it is not that hard to follow - but why should people take that effort? People that we normally meet want ready to use solutions that are safe. That is legitimate.
We are tired of calling everything "disruptive" and tired of the endless hyping. Tired of discussions about scale & tps. We call it crypto fatigue. This year we focus on less but better solutions..
