Prolog 前言

I forcefully did the five days workout, and decided to jump over to proceed with next week despite yesterday and today supposed to be the rest day, but I just wanted to make a point that if I stop it, chances are I'm going to stop for a very long time. So, today is my 7 days continuous full freeletics coach. Food, has been crazy as usual. Subway breakfast, heavy Nyonya style lunch, and crazy grilled chicken dinner at home. I think at them all up, I've consumed more then 3000 calories.

上个星期的五天课程其实早就完成了，不过我还是坚持下来把昨天和今天本来的休息天取消了，直接跟着开始了下个星期的运动节目。其实要休息也是可以的，不过我实在很怕休息了以后，引擎冷了很难再启动过。本来休息两天很有可能就变成两年了。所以，今天已经完成了超级体重运动挑战的第七天。至于吃的，完了。周末真的不可能控制食量的。早餐弄个赛百味，午餐吃个娘惹餐，晚餐在家里弄烧鸡吃，粗劣估计今天吃了最少三千卡路里。

Workout 运动

Today, yet another endurance day. There's this interval workout called GROUND SUPERMEN. I probably won't do this workout if I'm outdoor. It literally is put the body on the ground and lift the upper body with only stomach and perform a frog style swimming without the leg movement. Crap that my house is so narrow I'm even having hard time to move my hands where they keep on hitting the table leg.

今天还是燃烧脂肪的耐力运动。课程中段弄来一个地上超人，老实说如果是在公众场所我应该打死不干了。动作是这样的，整个人趴在地上，然后用前腹讲上半身挺起，在好像蛙式游泳一样挥动双手，不过脚保持不动。这个动作就算在家里做都有问题，家里不够宽啦！每游一次都敲到桌脚。
