The next stage of the skill implies perfection in a specific type of activity. In addition, talent, that is, a high level of skill development, which is usually manifested in creative activities. The development of talent depends on the activity performed by the individual and their environment. And, finally, genius is the highest degree of creative ability that influences the development of society for many years.

The skills are classified according to the types of mental functional systems (mental, communicative, sensorimotor, etc.) and the main activities (mathematical, musical, literary, etc.). In addition, the skills are common and special.

They are common in most people of a certain age category and manifest in many areas of their lives. While the development of special skills requires training such as: music, art, accounting, and is the ability to learn a wide variety of skills.

Each person has one or another skill, but not everyone can identify and develop it. Some skills can be inherited, for example, mathematics. The skills are to some extent related to the sex of man: men are more capable in the world of things and objects, women are in the world of conversation, feelings and relationships.

The inclination is expressed in activities, and the activity develops skills. On the other hand, both children and adults are more likely to do exactly the activity they do best, because of the qualities they have.

The development of skills depends to a large extent on the environment in which the formation of a person as a person takes place.
