Getting your first paying client

in steempress •  6 years ago

In this post we're going to go over how you, as a complete beginner, can go and find your first client.

This is insanely valuable information I'm about to hand out, so I recommend you take some notes.

Ready?

Lets go

If you don't already know, this part of my 'Airbnb with no money' business model is the most crucial piece of the puzzle.

Why?

If you have no clients, then nobody is paying you.

Seems logical, but most people would rather spend time getting good at cleaning houses. WTF!!!

I get that this is the most daunting part of the business, but it also has the biggest payoff.

I'm going to go ahead and assume you're a smart cookie if you're reading this blog right here. So focus on this part of the business model if you're actually serious about making money.

On to the gold...

There are a few ways you can look for clients:

Message hosts in your area and tell them about the service you provide.

Cold call people in Facebook groups. This ones great because you'll get way more clients if you use this method. You basically find groups that are promoting rental properties in your area and then you ask the landlords if you can manage their properties

If you apply these methods, I GUARANTEE you'll make money.

If you don't apply these methods, I don't know what to tell you. Maybe start taking action so you don't live a painfullly mediocre life. Your choice. Hint go with the first option & take action.

Hope you got something from this.

And as always if you have any questions you can DM me on twitter @eannafitzgerald

cheers
