Johnny Gaddaar actor Neil Nitin Mukesh and his wife Rukmini Sahay were blessed with a baby girl on Thursday!

Rukmini delivered a healthy baby girl at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai at around 3.30 p.m. on 20th September, 2018.

Days after her birth Neil has announced the name of his baby girl through an Instagram post. Neil and Rukmini’s bundle of joy’s name is Nurvi Neil Mukesh.

The overjoyed father captioned the announcement picture by: “Rukmini and I are proud to announce the arrival of our darling daughter, Nurvi. The entire Mukesh family is elated. Both mother and daughter are well by the Grace of God🤗” (sic)

While Neil has shared the name of his daughter, we cannot wait to see her adorable pictures!

Earlier this year in April, Neil announced his lady love’s pregnancy via an adorable post on Instagram. Neil told the world that their child is ‘to be delivered soon’ though a sweet picture of him and Rukmini holding a pair of tiny baby shoes through their intertwined hands. The ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ actor captioned the post with ‘Now we will be three’.

While most babies get hand me down blankets or little mementos from their family— Neil’s baby girl will be getting a keepsake that has been in her family for nearly half a century!

Previously, Neil told Hindustan Times that he was preparing a cot for his child that has been in the Mukesh family for around 50 years.

“We have a cot which has been passed down for generations; it has been with us for 50 years. From my aunts to my father and me, it has gone through every child in the family. We keep changing its linen and toys, and keep renovating it. We will pick up stuff for the cot and some basic clothes for the baby.”

Neil Nitin Mukesh got married to Mumbai based Rukmini Sahay through an arranged match in 2017 in a traditional Hindu ceremony.
