My first Faucet is now closed and there is another 11 hours for the post payout. While waiting, I am starting another faucet. I think I'm going to do this weekly and hopefully I could do this more often.
Below is the list of steemians that will be sharing the post payout with me. There is one steemians that didn't follow the rules of giving at least 0.001 and I have to exclude you from the share to be fair with the other.
I will update on the post payout share after I received it but please be patient with me for I am doing this manually and on my own.
For this week faucet, I change the rules a little bit just to make it more fun and to encourage engaging between us.

If we take time to read someone story and gibe some credit to it, other will do the same for us. If we chose to ignore then we will be ignored too.Someone said this to me yesterday...

What do you think about engaging in steemit community?
For me, engage with other is important in steemit. Droping a comment or upvote means that we had read and support others steemian. I love when someone reads my post and drop a comment. Doesn't care how much the upvote value but I'll appreciate by engaging by a comment will closer all of us. So drop me a comment and I will definitely noticed the existence of the steemian . 👍

I also agree about noticing people when they come into my posts. I think I might have actually met both of you from replies to a post either on this account or maybe it was a contest on my kennybot account. But I'm glad I know you both now and we are all good friends! 👍😀

I love engaging with people here in the Steemit community! Ever since I found this site over 2 years ago, I have been here everyday. I read as many posts from my Feed as I can, and when I have extra time I try to read posts by people who are new or who I just haven't found yet.
I have so many friends here now that I don't have enough vote power to up vote them all, every day, at full vote power. So I give 25% votes to as many as I can without running down the value of my vote too much. I also up vote replies to my posts or comments.
I also try to reply to some of the posts I vote for. I know people like getting comments and I would give more if I had more time. :)
So that's my thinking on engaging here, and what I do to engage with the community!
