Maintaining healthy tech habits in today's world is a well-being we should embrace. Let's call it Digital Well Being.

We spend so much time online these days and as such it’s more important than ever to make sure that this technology call it Digital world is helping to improve our lives, rather than distracting from it.

Technology is everywhere and it is evolving very fast. It gives us an amazing access to information, to ways to collaborate, and to stay in touch with one another.
With our smartphones, we chat, get full access to the media and in the cause of doing this, we spend time online which most atimes is a negativity on our side.

This time we spend online, with our digital devices in a way or most times tends to change who we are as a human species. Someone like me thinks this relationship has become a bit of a challenge.

People now are starting to ask more questions about the quality of the time that we spend online.

How much of it is time well spent?
How much of it is adding value to our life?

For me, this is something purely and solely individual.

What you need to know here is just for you to craft out and maintain a healthy relationship with technology.
How does this technology serve you and helps you towards achieving your goals rather than it distracting you away from you goal.

Be in control of this technology and you shall see urself getting all its benefits by using it's full potential.

Before we look at the steps, tools or tips in keeping a healthy relationship with technology, let's discuss the benefits of having a healthy relationship with tech and how it's can enhance our well being.

When you as a person gains control over your tech habits, you will enjoy the benefits tech has for ur without unwanted distractions. Unwanted distraction here means there we definitely exist distractions though not at higher degrees.

Maintaining a healthy relationship with tech helps us to be more focus and engaged. Without distractions, we tend to be more productive and effective. This is because our full attention is to what we are in at any point.

Good tech relationship helps us connect with people around us and have more reliable conversations without distractions.
