This course seems interesting, but what would be more interesting is if a course was created for beginners with no programming background to progress from zero to hero and eventually become a blockchain developer.

If that is what you're looking for, perhaps you should try attending one of our free Bitcoin / Blockchain 101 events.
We run these events twice a month at the Oasis Discovery Centre at Ara Damansara. We try to cover one different topic at each event and make this a friendly place for beginners to experience and use cryptocurrencies in their daily lives.
The next one is on the 27th June 2018.
