Dodo Mat - A replacement for your OEM car mat?

Car mats can get really dirty if you don't wash it regularly. Dirts, dusts, or even your coffee spill may trap there, leaving a stain that is hard to wash if neglected a for awhile. To be honest, lazy people like me don't really wash it often. As time goes by the car will get some sort of rotten smell because of the stains from the mat.

Normally we go for a car wash, but not all car wash will wash the mat for you, especially drive-through or no contact car washes. At most you can get vacuum, which only will work to suck small and non-sticky dirts. Stains and sticky debris will remain stucked inside, some may stuck into the deeper level of your mat where it is barely visible at all.

So I was introduced Dodo mat. Basically their mat design is that there are two parts of the mat. One is the upper part which u can see from the picture above and another bottom part that acts as the "Base" of the mat.

The bottom part of the mat acts as a "disposable tray" where you can detach the mat, then clear off the dust / debris somewhere else. As for the upper part, you can easily wash with running water or water spray as it can be accessed easily unlike normal mats which has the "black hole" where you cant even pull a small stone out from the deep level.

As you can see from this picture, they designed it this way so it is really user-friendly for everyone. They design it with lots of holes so the stones or any other small objects remain in the hole, to be cleared off once you peel off the base mat.

I kinda like the way they propose this, this is the first time I heard about it. Although I don't really like their design, looks kinda "ugly" to me but the usage is the main part for this. They also provide customization their mats so it fits your car 100% as well.
