It's not what happens to you, it's what you do about it

The other day I was going through one of those rough days and it seemed like everything was going against me. In the midst of that I had problems with some for software. I had problems with the client. And there was the political Election coming up and that was not encouraging.

However, in the midst of that I was reminded of the stoic philosophy that says it is not what happens to you but it's a matter of you reacting the way you should in spite of what's happening around you. You can't control what happens around you. However, you always have control over how you are going to react.

In this video I share some ideas that can help you if you've ever gone through one of "those days" And you know what I'm talking about!

I look forward to hearing from you please leave your comments below and share this thank you very much for joining me.

-Friends have to remember in those bad situations that everything circumstantial happens, either because it is left behind or because you get used to it. Everything in this life is temporary, so, if things go well, enjoy them because they will not last forever. And if things go wrong, do not worry, they will not last forever either. So if we get in the head, every time something happens to us a message that says this will also happen, we will always be ready to react to any situation

You are speaking words of wisdom. We have to realize that life goes on and we determine how we're going to react. If we learned from it we are even better when difficult circumstances happened to us. Thank you very much for sharing this

Hi Terry, as for the wild animals I have to differ. We still have challenges especially if you have a couple of grandkids under 3 years old...they are truly wild. lol

Seriously though. Your approach is spot on. It's how we deal with life events that matters the most.
Treat success and failure as the two imposters that they are.

I find a child 'pen' works wonders too haha

I love it! Great points and good for you on the under 3 years old grandkids.

I like the way you think @molometer. Always very good to hear from you!
