Well, all I can say is to continue your series.....
Decision making is really important when it comes to leadership and it also applies to each and every individual also. Stucked in a state of dilemma where you always just think of doing something is like a poison. I got to see a small novel also regarding this, Decision making.
You can take suggestions from anyone but the last person who has to take the decision is alway "you".

    This is the right statement @vinamra. Decision making should be faster at times and sometimes it should not be a quick decision. It is purely dependent on the situation. Thanks for your comments. Yes, I will continue the series. 😀
