I was too lazy to make Lychee Martinis so I altered the recipe a bit and made Lychee Floats. And literally a float it is, as there are Lychees floating in it, that is before they sank down to the bottom of the glass. Frank figured they must have had air bubbles.
Martinis require an elaborate procedure of using a shaker and then cleaning everything afterwards. (I know, right? If that's elaborate, then I must be really feeling lazy.) This way, I just plopped the ice right into the glasses, then dropped in some lychees I had from a can or real canned lychees, some of the lychee juice, Soho, Vodka, white cranberry juice and a dash of limoncello.
Here's the Recipe written out for you in a more comprehensive manner. You can also make a proper lychee martini, if you're not feeling lazy :p
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Soho (Lychee Liqueur)
- White Cranberry Juice
- Lychees (optional) + Lychee juice (optional)
- Dash of Limoncello (also optional)
It's a great sounding cocktail! You could freeze the lychee first, then you wouldn't have to add any ice. :) Cheers from @steempub-trail and friends!

That's good. I took a bartending class because I wanted to have more ease inventing drinks, but I never actually worked as a bartender, other than the odd party with work, you know. And they didn't teach us about that freezing lychee trick lol
