Venezuelan Beers - Solera Märzen - Part 7

in steempub •  7 years ago  (edited)

Solera Märzen from Cerveceria Polar is a beer that tries to offer the experience of a classic Bavarian beer, one that could be brewed between September and March, when refrigeration wasn't available and hot weather during spring and summer would make it impossible to produce. Cold storage would keep them to be enjoyed later, in particular during Oktoberfest, giving this beer style the name Märzen/Oktoberfest.

Can you post some gmo-free specific beers? That would be awesome! Thanks for your posts.

hey, thanks for reading my post. In Venezuela theres is no gmo-free labeling, and there is a law that prohibits gmo products, however there must be lots of imported goods contaning gmo stuff.
