SteemQuest Beta: Secret Passage (Part 1)

Welcome! to SteemQuest an RPG based game

SteemQuest is an ongoing and growing RPG world here on Steem. New Players are always welcome. Players can come and go as they desire, just let us know when you are leaving (say you are taking an IRL 2 week vacation) we will make sure your character is somewhere safe until you return (or Thunk may just cover you with leaves on the side of the road).

Here is a link to the spreadsheet showing what items current party members have. This is manually kept up by me and if you see errors please let me know OOC (Out of character). I will be posting a new turn every 48 hours during role playing rules to give players time to interact. To help speed up Quests during Questing rules I will post when everyone is done with their actions. Sometimes this is less than 48 hours.

Grim, Quaid & Thunk work on opening the secret passage enough for the party to squeeze in. Frienmir wakes Zur and they head to the opening, as they do a new member appears (Everyone welcome @sn0n )

Inside the passage their is some torches. Quaid grabs some, lights them and passes them to the party.

The air has a damp smell as the party descends down a staircase.

You hear some talking up ahead, you appear to be entering the cities sewers

Quaid: "Gahh. I hate sewers. Let's hang back and see if we can hear what they are talking about. Look for something to cover our torches so they don't shine so bright." !search

Frienmir stands between the torch And the direction the voices are coming from offering his body as a block. “Quaid can you hold that torch lower , I’m not that tall”

You search the surrounding area and you find absolutely NOTHING

Thunk uses his body as a shield for the light. He awkwardly tries to spread his arms and legs to cover as much as the opening as possible. Thunk !search for something to help dim the torches.

That bottle of liquid courage might come in handy. I’ll tuck it away for later.

Interesting to say the least. Im pretty hard to learn things but when i learn , i own it. I love RPGs but Im guessing this isnt like skyrim, or oblivion or zelda? Its more like how the new kids today roleplay?
