Steem Questions - Vote on Steemit or Dtube?

So it I watched a video on dtube, should I upvote it on Dtube or Steem or both or neither? What's the difference?

I'm a newby, I've got lots of questions, some I've found answers for some I haven't. If you could comment or maybe post links to help answer the question I would appreciate it. Since I'm not in tech maybe some others can find these post/thread helpful too as they try to find answers to questions. Thanks again.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
