The minute you accept yourself as you are, any inferiority and superiority disappears. ACCEPTANCE

Envy is one of the strongest feelings.

Envy means to live by comparison. Someone's higher than you. You are always somewhere on a stage in the middle of a staircase. The scale is somewhat like a circle, a wheel, because nobody reaches its end. Everyone is stuck somewhere in the middle.

Someone is always higher than you, and that offends you and keeps you in a state of struggle by all means possible. Success will give you all the rights, the failure will prove you wrong. Therefore, what is important is success and to achieve it, any means is allowed. Think that we should not care about the means by which we reach and, in fact, that's right, nobody cares. The target is to climb higher on the ladder. The problem is you will never reach its summit. There will always be someone above you and whoever will create envy you, because he managed and you do not.

Then why you can not jump on the scale? Why can not you get out of the circle?

Regarding this, the society was very skillful.

She refined methods over thousands of years: someone is always lower than you and that gives you incredible satisfaction.

At the same time, it's always someone above you, which creates envy you, unhappiness, suffering, humiliation. While the other continues to move up, you stop.

It makes you feel useless, useless, a shadow on earth and nothing more.

Now try to jump off the ladder and tell them in front that you can go where you want. But do not jump, because there are a lot of people under you.

This will give you great satisfaction, the feeling that you surpassed many others; that you're not worthless.

You're in a dilemma every time you look up, you feel bad; every time you look down, you feel great.

" Do not be depressed, be optimistic! Success is in your hand. "

As children, our parents say, "Look at the boy next door - meanwhile school time, high school, college ..." totally wrong!

Follow a simple logic: if you do not feel inferior, you can not feel superior and vice versa. Both go together.

If you remove one of these feelings, you can not keep the other. If you do not feel superior to the others, how would you feel inferior to others? You can just feel yourself. Yes, it is possible that in a certain domain to know more, and someone less, you can be more talented, this only shows that people are unique, they have different qualities and abilities. Everyone has his own individuality and can not be compared with each other.

I never thought about someone that I am inferior; I never thought about someone that I'm superior. I am me, you are you. The comparison is meaningless.

But all children are pushed into competition, and thus it is natural to compare yourself with others, and envy arise if one fails and you do not, if someone got something that you can not get it.

So, if you've been taught to see someone inferior, or superior to someone else, do not judge! Everyone is just himself. Accept it as it is, but remember that this is possible only if you accept yourself and the way you are.

The answer for those who ask me if envy turns away from ourselves is YES.

By comparison, you have gone too far in both directions. On one side are those superior to you, and in the other are inferior to you. You do not have time to see yourself. Always fight to take the place of those above you and at the same time, pushes down the one below you, trying to take your place. And he pulls your feet, as you pull someone else's feet.

It's a strange chain, each pulls the feet of the other, and all are in danger of being injured.

If you are jealous of competing with the world around you, how to get to yourself?

The world is so big, there are so many people in it...someone has a pretty face, someone has a rich hair, someone has a shapely body, someone has a highly developed intellect, one a painter, someone is a poet ... What can you do? Why drive yourself in this competition? You crazy! And this happens in fact with all humanity.

Remove the competition, remove envy! It is absolutely pointless. It is a torture so that you can not ever be yourself.

Each feels inferior in some way. The reason is accepting the fact that each is unique. Each is part of a category that is his own. And this does not create any comparison. We do not have allowed people to accept themselves as they are.

The minute you accept yourself as you are, without any comparison, any inferiority and superiority all disappears. The acceptance of oneself will be free of the inferiority or superiority complex. Otherwise, you will suffer all your life.

Just be yourself and be enough. You accepted the sun, the moon, you're in the trees, the ocean, the earth.

What can you want more? You accepted the entire universe. Rejoice and enjoy it!

Exercise 1 - The Mirror

Take a mirror and look into your eyes. Tell loud the name and the following phrase:

"(Name), I love you and accept you as you are!"

After you do that, be aware of your reaction and how you feel. For many people this exercise is very difficult.

What did you feel? Calm, peace, pleasure or anger, crying muffled discomfort?

Some take a few months to succeed to look in the mirror to accept and love themselves.

The idea is simple: these are the words by which all people on this earth long for a lifetime. We want to hear from parents and family, the partner (the) life of colleagues and collaborators. There are times in life when we give anything to be encouraged and accepted and to be told that. But if new it is hard or even impossible to say these words so simple and natural, how can we expect others to tell us? So that others can love us, accept and understand, we must first love ourselves and accept ourselves exactly as we are. Perfection is only an idea. We are all imperfect. You are fine. We must not be afraid to look in our own eyes.

Exercise 2 - I approve "nodded"

Repeat this a few hundred times a day in the coming weeks. Make this a mantra to say all the time.

Saying "I approve" will bring up all that was in opposition, buried in your subconscious.

When a negative thought comes to the surface, such as: "How do I approve of you are so fat?" Or "I am worthless", or any other negative thoughts, it's time to control your mind: do not give importance to these thoughts.

They are the only way you keep yourself rooted in the past.

Tell yourself gently: "I'll let you go. And I approve myself. " looks funny "," does not seem real, can sound a little crazy. But let them all pass you, they are just thoughts of resistance. They have no power over you unless you choose to believe. "I approve of myself. I nodded myself. Nodded myself. " We choose what interpretation we give. We choose our thoughts and words to heal and protect us.

Exercise 3 - I deserve

Look in the mirror and said several times: "I deserve to have (...) deserve to be (...) And now supported.

If you have any negative emotions in your body, then go back to the statement: 'I release the pattern in my mind that creates resistance to my own good. I deserve to have (...) to be (...).

Repeat this affirmation until you feel acceptance throughout your being, even if you have to repeat for several days.

Final written exercise:

Write down on a piece of paper as following:

  • Who am I?
  • What I cannot do?
  • What I can do?
  • What I want to do in the future?

Then, at the end of it, draw a heart, where you write down who / what is in your heart as in the picture.

And of course I want to finish this post in a happy way ... just want to show you how difficult is to write & draw when you have a lil` devil walking around and miaw-ing like a crazy cat that he is .... my tiny Brutus can be annoying sometimes...LOL!
