What better way to start the spring, then a great contest for a great community

First of all, I would like to introduce myself one again.
My name is NICOLAE PAVELEAN and I am an engineer living my life somewhere on the northern part of Romania, more exactly at the gate of Transylvania region to Moldavia.
I am a mechanical engineer at my roots, so I have not so much to do with graphical design but usually I like to do my things at a good quality level and therefore during the last years I've learned every now and then a little bit of Photo Shop editing, writing and so on.
Therefore when I first seen that @steemromania is looking for a logo, through a contest, I could not stay aside of this job and I would be glad to be able to count myself through the contributors to my national Steem community.

Logo background idea and the elements of it
In my opinion, the core of STEEMRomania is made of the Community, the People in it and the Romania Values. On top of it is the Steemit platform and values. So here are the starting elements.

Mda, e o poveste lunga aici. :)) Da am reusit dupa ce m-am chinuit pana noaptea. :)) Am salvat in .mov format si dupa pe net am convertit in Mp4 si dupa din Mp4 in GIF.

Dear @steemromania. Some of the elements were taken from the internet indeed. I presented the elements at the begining of the article and never did assume to be creating this elements from absolute 0. I did take them from the internet but in no case from the place you mentioned above. I did not know that this is not allowed and I believe all the contestants have used taken elements. Even the steemit logo is copied if you put the problem like this.
In any case, no matter what I say or how much I worked, it is your contest and you have the right to qualify or not anyone who you consider not acceptable.

We understandthat you are upset. But you have a lot of requirements that you have not respected. Take a look!
– the works involved must be original (no re-used elements are allowed from other works but the Steem logo may be used).
– it must contain the colors of the flag of Romania in their natural order - blue (RGB 0-43-127), yellow (RGB 252-209-22) and red (RGB 206-17-38) – you have the following colors: blue - 1-68-198, yellow - 255-207-57, red - 237-29-51
– the fonts used must be open source and must be specified in the same post
– images representing the graphics for the contest will be in PNG format, with transparency, if applicable.
– the graphics must be vectorially designed
