What is the point of moving Steem or SBD over to the savings area?

In case somehow anyone else gets access to your to account will make fluid transfer easily. However, if you have transferred your fluids to saving the account, transfer funds will create a 3 days request thing and if you notice that thing you can easily cancel transfer thing.
