Hello every body

Hope you are doing well and enjoying your life.In my friend's and family circle , i am the first who joined steem and work on it.Many of them was doubted and not believing on it that a social media platform can reward its users for their efforts.After two months of my joining, i withdraw some money from my account.and their some doubts get cleared about steemit. Than i decided to write about steemit .

People who wants to do work from home are paying big amount to learn work online.Even people are paying to learn steemit .I just advised them that they can understand steemit by putting their some effort and search and explore it.

There are different types of work. Sometime people hesitate because works need money to invest in start.Some time due to the shortage of money it looks difficult to invest. Steemit is a platform you can start your work here with out investing your money. But you have to invest your time ,skills and knowledge.

Sometime investing your time and skills depressed you.Specially when you are new here and trying to understand steemit and putting some effort in blogging but not getting reward.You wrote an article after hard work of hours but recieved only few upvotes and getting dis-heart,feeling lonely , stop here and think in a different way...

Steemit is a social media platform , more you became social more you earn.It runs slowly when you make your space here and become familiar here.People starts looking at your work and waiting it.Make strong friends here , be active with some patience.Do quality work .

You write an article for steemit and research on it.think another way about it .You are not wasting your time.Benefits of writing and creating are more than you think.Here i will mention some advantages of writing and research

• Finding out facts about your post and writing them whether you like it or not it will makes you to do better decision and getting more knowledge.

• communication is needed in every day life and business ,the more you research ,the more effective your writing and communication skills will be.

• You can express your feelings, mood and circumstances this is called expressive writing .and this can be reduce your
  stress ,improve mood and causing happiness.

• With regular writing You will be able to express your thoughts ,feelings and ideas in a more effective way.You will find positive change in your thoughts,behavior and speaking.

Now we will move to our topic.In last week following questioned asked by me repeatedly.

What is steem currency? What is steem power?What is upvote?Can i do upvote too?What is flag? What is steem reputation?Is it different from steem power?What is curation reward?How can i check my earning on it?

Steem Power

steem power is basically your investment in steem.It is like your share.It is the amount of steem you vested in steemit .Increasing steem power means increase in your vote power.You can buy your steem power and powering up.When you upvotes others content you get curation reward and it will equally divide into steem power and SBD.

Upvote

Upvote is an icon on steemit. Its similar to "like" button in facebook .You can upvote others content and others can upvote your post.When someone upvote, author of the post receives amount according to the power of voter.

Flag icon

There is flag icon on post.It works as a downvote. If you don't like others content or find it spam can downvote it.It will decrease the reward.

Steem Reputation

Reputation score mention next to your user name and profile picture.It will increase when you receive upvotes from others.and it decreases when you receive downvote.It is different from steem power.

Wallet

You can check your earnings by clicking on the wallet icon.You can see your amount here in shape of SP,SBD .you can check your amount,transfer your amount in others account and withdraw it.

Steem currencies

Steem is a cryptocurrency stored on a steem blockchain. There are three currencies in your wallet steem,steem power and SBD. So here we confused what is the difference between them.

1.Steem

Steem is a cryptocurrency token of steemit .It is stored on a steem blockchain like bitcoins.It can be transferred into Steem dollars or steem power or can transfer into other acccounts. There are exchanges like poloniex ,trading steem like other online currencies.You can transfer your steem into money with the help of exchanges.Every year a percentage of new Steem tokens are created (a process called inflation) and allotted to the reward pool.

2.Steem power

Steem power is basically the share in steem technology.A part of your earning will stored into SP.It is an amount which which gives you power to stay on steemit. Your voting power and influence depends on SP.With more SP you can earn more curation rewards. You can not exchange Steem power immediately.

3.SBD or Steem dollars

It is steem block chain dollars.Its in liquid form( mean you can trade and exchange immediately).Steem dollar worth is minimum one dollar.currently one SBD is equal to $2.74 US.You can trade it with other steem or exchange it into other currency immediately without any fee.
according to the white paper

For every SBD Steem creates, $19.00 of STEEM is also created and converted to SP. This means that the highest possible debt-to-ownership in a stable market is 1:19 or about 5%. If Steem falls in value by 50% then the ratio could increase to 10%.

Author rewared

When you publish a post other users upvote it, you earn author rewarrd.

Curation rewards

When you upvotes and like others valuable content you get rewarded a share into their earnigs.This is called curation reward.Same with you when you author a post and get rewarded others who upvotes you will get share into it.

Witnesses

Witnesses are the esteemed members of community, who not only are responsible of creating blocks on Steem Blockchain but also contribute towards making Steem Blockchain secure.

You can vote a witness.Before voting a witness vote you should visit their profile to see what they are doing for community and what is their past record.

Witness voting is necessary as it will increase your influence and participation in community..
