By just copying their app. Just kidding we can add a platform that offers Steem rewards for anyone who gives the right solutions to questions and also reward the one who asked the question to follow up that his problem was solved all who contributed before the problem is solved get a little Steem but the the one the best solution gets Steem dollars.
