Stacking just got a whole lot easier for me - I'm now a registered online bullion buyer with Perth Mint.

I quite enjoy visiting the Perth Mint, and up until today that has been the only way for me to buy Bullion from them. That meant having to take in cash, or pay by card for my bullion coins. I could buy numismatics online, but they're way more expensive, and I'm still trying to get my stack looking like a stack, and not just a couple of crumbs... This is my pitiful stack... see what I mean? Only 8 oz so far ...It's a start, but I neeeeeed more!!!

The registration process seemed quite tedious, and you have to go through a whole identification process, but having just gone through the process, I can say it was actually quite easy. I registered online, and was instructed to download my ID verification form an go to the post office with my ID. Verification and registration could take up to 5 days to complete they said.

So I got my form downloaded... an took it off to the local Post Office.

The pushed some buttons, and checked the form and my ID, and in about 3 minutes I was out of there. There is alos no charge for the verification... more money to buy metals!!

So now I wait... or so I thought... This morning I'm sitting at my desk, and an email pops up:

BOOM!!!! less than 24 hour turnaround on my verification!!! Are they using blockchain for all this already?!?! I'm seriously impressed, and am on the site looking around trying to decide what to get...

I have a pair of Kooks, a Roo, Wedgetailed Eagle, and a Koala... So maybe I should get one of these:

Oh the choices I now have!!! And the bonus is I can use my crypto to buy bullion using the Perth Mint's BPAY payment option, and going through Living Room Of Satoshi. Unfortunately they have knocked STEEM off the list, but it's easy enough to convert to LTC through blocktrades anyways.. Win, win!!!

Can't wait to get my first order in!!

Perth Mint is in a league of there own. They have even gone .9999 silver. The Lunar Dragon is my favorite. But they only come around once every 12 years.

The dragon is definitely a very popular piece. The Perth Mint is at the top of the list for quality and craftsmanship for sure. Their coins are absolutely brilliant!

I had no idea that it was possible to do what you did. Do you have any discount on the prices ?

No discounts, but it means I get online access to buy their bullion product, which you normally have to go into the mint to buy.

That's awesome you can register to buy directly from them. They are pumping out so many cool designs man, get one of everything!

So much choice... I'll have to start a wish list!

I'll have to try to remember next time I'm there. They have paid tours which take you through just about the whole building. Otherwise you only have the showroom to walk around in. I may sneak a few snaps next time for you :)
