So i'm stuck between making an order between JMB and APMEX.....
I want about 40 troy OZ's, if I go through JMB I would buy 30 SilverTowne bars and the 10OZ Silver tube starter;
If i went with APMEX i would order 30 secondary market bars and 10 OZ of Silver shot;
JMB would total up to about $730
APMEX would total up to around $710
WIth JMB I would only be getting bars and rounds, with APMEX I would only get bars but also some Shot if I wanted to try my hand at pouring. (Which i really want to try)
So I leave it up to you all to help me decide, what would be the Pro's and the Con's of either side?

Between the 2, I'd go with apmex, and save the $20 or add another ounce bar! So choosing between 40 oz or 41 oz is what it comes down to for me... But buy whatever floats yer goat dude!

Why not just find a local shop to buy from? Most shops around me will match any price of the online stores. Just a thought.

Not sure of your location but I find some good deals on Craigslist also. Even stuff under spot. Most take them to the coin shop/pawn shop and don't get offered full price and get discouraged.

Between those two I would choose the APMEX order due to the possibility of getting older bars that may have a premium on them, and skip the shot. SDBullion has shipping charges. Check out bullionexchanges.com too

How likely are you to actually pour? Have you done any of the silver at spot deals? There are a few of them. You could get the JM Bullion one, the 10 ounce bar at Silver Gold Bull, and I've read about another place called Bold Precious Metals that has some silver at spot deals.
