    The Price of Paper Silver is being Manipulated to make Federal Reserve Note Dollars appear Strong... Without the Manipulation, I think Silver should be a Minimum of One Hundred Federal Reserve Note Dollars per Ounce... I consider Silver to be Dirt Cheap... An example why I think Silver is Dirt Cheap is that it will Cost about 15 U.S. Crypto-Cents per Ounce, after the Reset of our U.S. Coinage...
