Well it's the winter solstice. Woo hoo. The shortest day of the year-and for anyone like me that works a full time job you don't get to see the sun shine for months. And to top it off this morning the sidewalks and streets were covered in ice.
I'm not a scientist about this solstice thing so just visit @thekittygirl's post about it here. I do know that some essential nutrients will help anyone get through this lack of sunshine.
Vitamin D is essential for humans and we make it from sunshine on our skin. Jack Daniels is to help forget how cold it is and dream of spring gardening.
Silver is, well I'm not sure that you actually need silver in your body but it helps you laugh at the falling stock market prices.

I put vitamin D drops in my Jack Daniels 🥃... And yeah, go to work, it's dark... Come home, it's dark. Always dark till February.

I heard from an ole friend Jack Daniels that if you drink enough it, you won't need vitamin D, and you won't be in a bad mood either......Cheers to all of ya in Canada.
