What's crackin people? Today I'm gonna show you some 1/10 oz gold coins. These can be had relatively cheap and are a good way to get into buying gold.

These pieces weight a bit over 3 grams of gold. You can expect to pay $10-20 above the spot price on these which to many may seem to make them a poor investment. What I've found is u can get a bit better than spot back during resale and ofcourse gold should continue to gain value over time negating that cost. Stackers are the original hodlers

Aside from being tied to gold's spot price some of these pieces appreciate over time on the collector market. A good example of this are with the Australian Lunar coins. These are now worth far more than I paid for them initially

1/10 gold pieces are considered "fractional gold" Anytime you break down from 1 oz it's considered a fraction of the standard 1 oz weight.

Many countries mint 1/10 oz gold coins. Some I've managed to acquire are from Canada, USA, South Africa, Australia, Austria, South Korea, Mexico, Great Britain and China

Another bonus to buying fractional gold is you can have many different pieces rather than buying just one 1 oz coin. They're fun to collect and look at too

Also there's a bigger market for smaller gold pieces as more people can afford to buy them

I started out stacking silver and then I'd buy a 1/10 gold piece here and there until I got over an oz. That's a great feeling for any stacker and it shows how steady accumulation adds up.

I pretty much save up and buy larger gold coins now but I still have love for 1/10's and will buy em as I find em for a decent price.. or if there are any cool newer ones I just have to have. I'm more of a collector than stacker perhaps?

Thanks for checking out some of my smaller gold coins. Keep stacking that shit and trading worthless fiat for things of value. For me that's gold, silver, cryptos and rare beanie babies 😁

1/10ths gold are really cool, I tend to ho for half sovereigns instead just because for the UK they make more sense but i love the 1/10th, particularly the lunar series 2

big pimpin with tiny gold bro! love the little gold coins

Panda! Panda! Panda!

I think the pretty is what got my relatives collecting/stacking XD The storage can be pretty unfriendly though x_x

You’re an inspiration to us all GA!
⚡️😎👍⚡️

My first gold coin was only 1/2gram. I can remember exactly how much I paid for it but it was way over spot.

I have yet to get any gold, but this may be my way to start. I have been saving to get an ounce, but I like your idea of getting many different smaller ones. Thanks @goldenarms!

Thank you for your continued support of SteemSilverGold

I am like you. I started collecting numismatic coins and now I am stacking silver bullion and fractional gold.

Yes!!!

Good to see a real deal gold stacker showing off his precious collections. Everything you've shown here would be holding it's value and it's premium. Thanks for sharing!

nice stacks! Looks like you have a nice cross section of the lunar series.
I have a 1/20 colorized monkey which is pretty neat, but too small to take a decent pic of. thanks for sharing!

Hell yea GA live the little gold 10s!

Those are cool. I was looking at starting to get some 1/10 oz gold coins, but life happened and now I'm waiting again. I'm glad to know that my thinking of acquiring them was in line with someone else's. I like the idea of being able to get many different designs. Maybe one won't pop in value, but maybe another will!

Nice pieces, i've been picking up the cards of 1 gram Canadian maples for fractional.
