Old skool coin series never loose their looks.

Hi,

Baywatch and some silver coins series have something in common! They both date back from the good ole days. However the coins often still look pristine whereas David Hasselhoff .......never mind.

Do you ever wonder when the Kookaburra serie started and the one with those elephants ?

Well some series are older than you think. It may well be that some of you were not even born when a certain serie started.

So let's look at some of the most well known series:

Remember it is never too late to start a serie but be prepared to pay a lot for the oldest ones!

Hola Amigo goldrooster, me gustó tu post. Yo hace años veía BayWatch, y hace poco vi la película con mi hija y realmente David no se ve nada bien. Éxitos con tu español. Saludos cordiales.

I love em pandas, I wish I got them when I started collecting ... I didn't start getting them until a few years in and didn't want to pay for the older ones. Now I make sure now that I get a few pandas each year in case I want to trade up for something special down the road :):):)

Cool post @goldrooster, it is amazing how far back some of these coin series go and too think that most of them are still going strong.
