3 Months of stacking... my collection of silver bullion so far

Well... I'm hooked.

I'm jonesing for a new troy ounce so I better pull my collection out and play with it so I don't blow my Mexico trip money.

I got my first silver piece back in high school but basically went 20 years without getting any more. Last September though, I started collecting again. 3 months later, this is my collection (short about 4oz in silver & 1oz in gold at my parents house).

Not too shabby for 3 months. I have way more junk silver that I thought I would, but I have a meeting on Jan. 9th with a collector that will give me bullion for junk. That should boost me up a few more ounces.

I've been working on some silver round designs as well. I'll be sharing them once they are refined a bit.

That is one sweet-looking stack for 3 months worth of work! CONGRATS! Glad to see you hooked! It's a wonderful little addiction that could actually secure your financial future for years to come.

Speaking of Mexico. Mexico's silver Libertads are some of the coolest Silver coins.

Mexican silver is by far the sexiest silver out there. I'll be looking for some out there for sure.

That is an awesome collection for three months. I've been buying for a couple of years here and there and you've caught up to me. lol.
I love that steem coin. Where did you get that?

I found a guy in the UK selling them on Ebay... I bought all of them. I see them online here and there. It's a must have for sure. I'd love to see your collection man.

This is only 3 months worth?!? Well you go, Matthew! Pun intended!

nicely done.

I’m considering liquidating my vintage watch collection to try stack silver... any advice for a novice?

Well... vintage watches are highly niche and probably worth high dollar to the right buyer, but they are not liquid like silver. I started (and continue) to buy as close to spot as possible. I don't worry about mint mark, design, limited edition... blah blah blah. Silver & gold prices are so low right now that I buy in bulk when I can. Buy the stuff on sale, buy the ugly stuff, the tarnished stuff... silver is silver man. I also check pawn shops on Fridays. I let my local shops know if they get in silver and sell slightly over spot, they have a guaranteed sale the same day. And I follow through. I also negotiate the "out the door price".. meaning whatever you have to tax me is coming out of the stores cut.

Very helpful. Thanks!

Wow, man! That's quite a collection!
