This is such a wonderful thing. Every minnow needs a helping hand in other to grow on steemit, so many had backed out cause of lack of encouragement and other factors affecting minnows on this platform, I see this as a wonderful idea to encourage and make them stay. As a minnnow, I know how far this could help .
