Found this little oddity at the LCS. It appears to have been minted in 1973 for the 25th anniversary of Israel becoming a country. I don't know this for sure, because I couldn't find this design in any of the sources I looked at. I found several designs from various mints commemorating the same anniversary, but not this design.
The back is blank, which doesn't help with IDing this piece.
Has anyone ever seen this one before? Or is it in any of the physical source books?
