The Price of Paper Silver is being Manipulated to make Federal Reserve Note Dollars appear Strong... Without the Manipulation, I think Silver should be a Minimum of One Hundred Federal Reserve Note Dollars per Ounce... I consider Silver to be Dirt Cheap...
