American Dream!???

As we finish up another week here in America, some people are starting to question the American Dream! Is it a thing of the past? Will it be a thing in the future?

The past 60 days have diffently be troublesome and has diffently put the American Dream in question. Is this part of the master plan. Think about this for a second, 4 to 6 weeks ago we saw oil take a beating, now we are enjoying gas prices. At the start of 2018 the average gas price in the united states was $2.78 a gallon. Currently at this moment, I just paid $1.89 a gallon. So whats the relevance, well in 2008 right before the last recession, gas started the year off high and the
Tumbled to a low of.... well take a look at this insert that I found.

Dec. 26, 2008—Gas prices tumble to $1.64 a gallon. Some areas seeing prices as low as $1.45 a gallon. Crude oil is just a little over $40 a barrel still.
So as you can see there is a trend that is repeating itself. Take a look at this chart I found today. Pay close attention to the dates.

5 of the biggest one day drops in the market history have already happened in 2018. Now pay attention to the dates, thats right 5 of the biggest one day market drops happened on 2008 as well. See the trend, so what will be the trigger? Here is what I think.

Thats right it will be the Federal Reserve, they meet this week for their final meeting of 2018. Now there are a lot of speculation on how this will go. These are just my opinions, I think you will see a intrest rate hike. I also think this will be the start of the market Correction, after all, they created it, so they have to fix it.

So as we get prepared for a new week, take time and do a little research. I hope I am wrong but for some reason I have a feeling we will see the start of the correction next week.

It certainly seems to be in the hands of the Fed at the moment. I wonder if they will give the market a Merry Christmas and hold the rates for a month.

I think if they want to at least help arrest the fall of the market, they're going to need to pause rate hikes.

They call it the American dream because you have to be asleep to believe it. Wages have not kept up with inflation, and now the average American can no longer live comfortably.
