I have been on steemit now for a little over 8 months. I gotta tell you, this place is amazing. Full of really awesome people that go out of there way to help out.

Today I got two different packages in the mail, one I knew was coming and the other was a complete surprise. (Nope not yours @goldenarms)

Okay so its from Canada, I still have no idea what it could be or why. I will take a few mins and say a few kind words about the group from Canada, man y'all are awesome and truly live up to Canadian standards.

Now I see the note and it's from @ejr but still have no idea what he would send me.

What is this, a steem round. Now I have several steem rounds. It took me a few minutes to put this together, but I will explain.

A few months ago I did a post on the steem round and in that post I had mentioned that I would live to get my hands on 3 very specific number, they where 1007, 1207 and 0423. All three of these numbers represent my kids birth dates. Now I didn't get any feed back at the time so I had really had forgot about it. Now 1007 and 1207 are important to me. 0423 is special, see my 15 year old some was born on April 23rd and he is my only child that stacks silver, so you can see now why this number was a little more important to me the the other ones.

With out any warning or notice @ejr answered. @ejr this is so friggin cool you have now idea. See that is whats so different about #steemsilvergold, this group is full of amazing people that just give with no strings attached.

Now my youngest son is on steemit although he is not active very much at all. Maybe this coin will get him back active and he will do a post about it. You can find him @sidewayzs13

Also really like the idea of getting the serial numbers that coincide with your kids Bdays... I've got a few ASEs from each of my kids birth years, but serials that match up to month and date is even better!
