Well a lot of people that are into Precious Metals know that for some time the Gold To Silver Ratio has been quite high in the regards of how many ounces of silver it takes to buy 1 ounce of gold. Lately we have been nearing crazy levels in the ratio.
Today we sit in the 80s!!!! Which in my opinion is outrageos. Take a look at the lifetime chart.
Im hoping to stock up on silver in the hopes of seeing this ratio getting back to a 50 to 1 or better. With as long as silver has been surpressed Im willing to bet it will be sooner than later.
Any of you guys play the ratio???

I just enjoy stacking silver whatever the ratio, silver just seems so cheap when you compare it to everything else, had to buy a jar of coffee this week, now thats expensive lol. but anyway it would be nice to swap 30 - 40 ounces of silver for an ounce of gold, some of my lovely silver would get tempted away.

I am a big believer in the ratio. There’s a couple of gold coins that I need for my collection but I’m holding off. Can’t waste money on gold when silver is the buy.👍

Gold is good, but Silver has way more potential. I expect the ratio to reverse where Silver is more valuable than gold.

For a few months I have been stacking silver like a crazy man. The moment when the ratio is near 55 I will sell all my bullion silver and transform it in gold. Then I will wait for a higher ratio and do it again, now selling the gold to buy silver.

That's crazy! What I was noticing was that in 1978 you could get an ounce of gold for only 6 ounces of silver! That's crazy low! :)

I've watched it many years. The other day it was up around 82. Back in 08/09 when it dipped to 20/30 range I didn't understand yet to trade in my silver for gold. This time around will be different. Good to see others watch this number.
