Twelve Days of Christmas.....Day 8

Afternoon everyone.....

For the next twelve days I will be putting my tags on hold and doing a twelve days of Christmas post.

The post is going to be like a Santa’s wish list for stackers......Each day I will post a bar, round or coin that I would love to get as a gift.

Here are the kinda rules I made up for this little posting sequence.

I will start off with the lower dollar items building up to the one thing that would truly blow me away if I got it as a gift.
The items have to be realistic. No one is going to gift you an 1895CC Morgan silver dollar. Unless you are related to Bill Gates or any other billionaire.
The top item can not exceed a value of $2000.

If you like this idea feel free to join in on the fun. If not I hope you enjoy the little bit of fun I’m going to have deciding what I’d like daily.

I have not made any list of items, I’m just going to take it day by day.

So here is today’s choice.

Anyone that is into the history of coins in any way should want to own one of the coins I have put on my list today for sure....

The coin is an 8 Reales, I know that the one in my post is a Mexican 1791, but I would take any of them a Spanish one or any other as well.

My main concern is that it is genuine, in a Mint state and graded. Why? You might ask.

This is the number one faked coin after the Morgan silver Dollar.

I dunno how I ended up posting so late in the afternoons (CA time)... I hate it! I have my article ready now and want to post about the same time you do. Any advice, bestie. It is so unusual how this occurred....

A gorgeous 8 Reals and a strapping young Carlos IV.
My old worn 1794 Mo is definitely one of my favorite coins but to have an UNC one would be great.
I need my shades 😎 for this.
