I really think that preplanning the votes in the spreadsheet has been helping the weights have been pretty balances and power has been sitting well in the sweet spot!

I made a few adjustments to the sheet here, so please continue to review it and double check for me. It's all manual, and I did make a few errors.

I know the tiers are slowly flattening out, with more members coming on board so you can read more about that in yesterday's post.

I am excited though that as she continues to grow, the 1% vote that is giving to new members and minnows here is slowly climbing and currently at $0.26. That's a nice little bonus just starting out. Even when I started here on steemit for the first month I was lucky to make that much...lol.

Please just remember to give Stax her 100% daily vote to continue to receive your vote. I know some people were not able to do this daily, you can automate that vote using a service like steemauto or steemvoter. If you did miss a few too many votes and aren't getting your vote from Stax's anymore, don't hesitate to reach out to @phelimint on discord and we can work on a solution.

Second Chance Post

Things are finally settling down a bit, after taking a few days off and playing catch up, so I'll also try to get back on track with the second chance posts.

I thought this "Silver is Everywhere" series from @dixiesilverminer was pretty cool. You often take for granted the other uses for silver.
