The Rwanda African coin series have been sought after, although I myself do not have a single coin from that series. So when the Rwanda Lunar Rooster was first release two yers ago, I made sure I picked up a coin, just to have Lunars in my stack. In 2017, they started a third series- the Nautical Ounce. Of the three coin series, the Nautical Ounce is the one that I like most.

First release of the Nautical Ounce series, commemorating the 525th anniversary of the discovery of America featuring the expedition's famous flagship Santa Maria.
2018 Rwanda 1 oz Silver Nautical Ounce Endeavour BU
Second release of the Nautical Ounce series,commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the HMS Endeavour. The HMS Endeavour was the ship explorer James Cook commanded on his first voyage to Australia and New Zealand from 1769-1771. In April 1770 the HMS Endeavour became the first ship to reach the east coast of Australia.

Displays the official seal of Rwanda and the face value of 50 Rwanda Francs (RWF).
I don't know when the scheduled release of the third coin in the series will be, but I will certainly be getting the third one. Pretty, aren't they?

OMGwad, @silverd510! NO!!! The mint original plastic looks nice and protects the coin. I'd hate for any coin to milk spot. And because I am not a collector, I only have one of each. I hope they don't milk spot, bestie!
