It was brought up in a conversation i was having with a fellow #silvergoldstackers community member, that why didnt the @ssg-community account ask for a contribution of 1 STEEM per calander day of that particular month?
What the person was asking for was abit of clarity and foreplanning on their behalf, so that they would know exactly the amount of liquid steem thay was needed for the coming months.
You know September has 30 days, so a contribution of 30 steem.... November has 30 days, yep you guessed it, 30 steem donation!!! Youre getting the hang of thisnpretty quickly i see.
Since we are a community, and have the only dedicated NON PROFIT account, where members dictate the direction our community goes, its now up to you to decide.
LETS HAVE A VOTE.
I can 100% see the benefits to having it set up this way. The convenience of knowing how much steem is needed for the next month donations well in advance is a godsend, hexk you only need to put 365 steem aside for the complete year.
There would be no need for reliance on me to put out a monthly blog explaining how much steem is needed. You simply look at a calendar and send that amount of days.
Its not as simple as it sounds!! The reason why monthly donations change is to closely match and fall in line with the current market lease rate of 2500SP.
As rates fluctuate, according to ROI, the price to lease 2500sp on your behalf changes. The whole point of the liquid donations is to lease 2500SP on your behalf!! If you dont contribute the "going rate", i cant lease 2500(or pay for ongoing leases) for you.
If funds in the wallet continue to fall, because contributions are less than our outgoings, then eventually the voting power of the account will fall. We have 23k STEEMPOWER of our own, but we lease 45kSP direct from #dlease.
Leave your thoughts and comments down below and ill get the general vibe from the community and act accordingly. Ill do whatcever the majority wants.

I think it would be counterproductive to allow this to dwindle down. I think each member can put away the steam on their own, and I like your once a month exact amount reporting. I personally put away a small amount of Steem every day for myself and the Mrs into one of my "Alt" accounts. Then once a month when you tell me how much is needed I pull that and send it to ssg-community. I think we all need to be responsible for putting away some Steem into "Savings" !😀 This will also lead to more work for @Welshstacker......Just keep is as is!!

I agree with @silvertop! Especially the fact that it will increase the work for @welshstacker and if he's like most of us, time is precious!
Also draining down the power of the vote by doing this, would be a disadvantage for all of us.

My Vote will remain Neutral, but can I ask how much of the 45,000 has been Delegated and how much is being leased...???
Plus... Besides the 1 Steem per Day, or 365 Steem Per Year, how much are we able to add to that amount through Curation Rewards...???
Naturally I don't want to see our voting power fall, I want to see it going up, up up...

2 Short Questions:
Is it better to delegate the 2500 SP or sending the monthly amount?
When delegated you don't have to send the monthly amount?
