I believe it is 5 Sen from Japan probably around the 1930s

Correct 5 Sen minted from 1933 to 1938.

This one was a trick question. It's not a coin at all. It's an ornamental wheel from a mouse drawn war chariot. The rodent uprising of the Wu-Tang dynasty used these against the invading rat rebellion. Here is one of the war heroes from these battles. Notice the plundered riches he is holding.
