Holding areas are a good idea; however Mexico and the US should share the cost of maintaining these areas?

And YES, Mexico needs to be responsible for who enters their country- not for transit of these undesirables!

      Yes , one way for the illegals- they are trying to enter our country unlawfully as criminals- and should be treated as such!
