When Will the Manipulation of Precious Metals End and Who is doing it?

in steemsilvergold •  8 years ago  (edited)

In April of 2011, the price of silver jumped up to $48 from about $21 in a short amount of time. Today, 6 years later, it is being pushed down to levels of around $16 USD.

I wanted to show a few chart for people who may not know about the price of silver in recent history, and why now is actually an incredibly great time to buy.

10 Year Chart - High of $48.58 - Bad time to buy lol

1 Year Chart - High of $20.67 - About 2.5 times less than its high in 2011

All silver data going back to 1967 - high of $49.45 (due to Hunt brothers allegedly "cornering the market" - totally legal what they were doing! They were hedging their money just like you and I are doing, but just on a larger scale!)

Silver manipulation is rampant right now, with prices being suppressed to incredibly low prices, causing many miners to go out of business. This is a weird and old video, but a very true video explaining what's going on with the silver manipulation.

The price of silver simply cannot stay this low for very much longer

JP Morgan is buying and hoarding silver at these low prices to make a HUGE profit when prices go up.

"They've been doing this since 2008, and currently hoard more than 550 million physical ounces of silver, making them the largest silver hoarder on the planet. They have a perfect record of shorting the metals on the COMEX." They never lose! This is highly illegal and immoral.

You must hold the physical silver, folks. Do not hold in a safety deposit box, do not hold silver ETFs, we know that for every one ounce of real, physical silver, there are hundreds of silver ETFs claiming these very ounces. This has been a public service announcement. If you do not hold it, you don't own it! Get it while it's on sale folks, because these prices will not last.

Thanks for stopping by! This post is just scratching the surface on what there is to know about the silver manipulation, so please do your own homework and stay up to date on what's going on! Watch the Fed, watch the bond market, watch the East.

Yeah man! Tell it like it is!!!

Not buying physical precious metal for $16 an ounce is frickin' madness! It's pearls before swine right now -- don't be a grunt.

Hey my friend, I am thinking of throwing a little bit of my investment $$(maybe $200) in to silver bouillon. I am at JMbouillon website. Could you give me a yes or no to buying through them? Or recommendation? Thanks.

Yes! I do buy from JM Bullion :) What I do is open up three tabs, one for JM Bullion, one for Provident Metals, and one for APMEX (not recently because you can't use bitcoin to buy from them) and do price comparisons. Another good site is this one: https://comparesilverprices.com/

Cool man, thanks! Think I'm going to go with this starter pack tub of 10-1oz coins for $166. Love to pay with bitcoin too.

That sounds like a good deal :D

I have been buying silver & gold at JM Bullion for the past 4 years. I am very happy with this site, always free shipping for any purchase over $100. The box arrives in perfect condition (taped to the max) and if purchased with a credit card within a few days. No, I don't work for them....just the best experience buying online.

It's a great time to buy man, thanks for spreading the word. I start back in early 2013 when it was starting that decline, so even though it was much higher when I started and was really buying to stack I know i'm in it for the long haul.

I remember I started around that time too, I had dabbled before then but not much. I believe the first time I seriously started acquiring silver was when the spot price was around $22 on its way down and I haven't stopped since!

Great post VSS, I am a subscriber from your Youtube channel, can you follow me back? :).

Hey :) sure Thank you

I hold physical silver ... I am new to the game, but I am bringing buckets of patience... and I enjoy cool silver coins, and some tubes of generic bullion to balance it out as well... PEACE AND PROSPERTY !!!

Indeed my friend. Good to diversify in the silver stacking lol

I don't know if you follow Bix Weir or not, but he say Silver will [probably?] never be used as money again. Then... i fainted... didn't hear what came next. Bix has been a silver bug for like, ever, so for him to believe that, it's pretty huge, I'd think.

Yes I do follow him. I think he's a little bit too lustful for cryptos but I think he still believes in the metals. I believe in hard assets more than cryptos long term.

Bix says silver will be way to valuable to be used as money and also due to the fact that very few people own silver. Cryptos are the convenient alternative since everyone nowadays has a cellphone therefore they can use cryptos.

Have you heard of the bullioncoin. They say you can put your pension as an ETF in with them and it's yours💰 not the 🏦 because the account is in your name. I have a silver stack & also looking into this.

No I've never heard of this. Interesting.

Hey, great article! I hear too many people trashing PM now because of the crypto craze but not many people seem to understand the difference between hard money and currency. Sure, I've got some crypto for speculation and as diversification but for me I think silver is the place to be. The paper manipulation has made it grossly undervalued and when it all comes tumbling down we'll see our stacks' values go to the moon. Thanks for sharing with us!

Exactly my viewpoint as well! Thank you @timitwist.
