What a great way to start off 2019!!! I checked my mailbox and saw my favorite thing, a handwritten envelope. This one had a familiar name on the top. @stokjockey!!!
Without hesitation the package was quickly ripped open to reveal it's contents. A nice handwritten letter concealed something with some weight inside.
1st out of the package was a coin that I know and love. It's a Zombucks round. This is the 2018 Murk Diem 1oz copper version. The Murk Diem copper round pays homage to the Mercury Dime, which circulated from 1916-1945. Murk Diem means "Dark Day" in Latin. Let's check this one out.
After that round was removed I noticed something else was still inside the package. With a little investigation an Air-Tite holder for a bar fell out. Right behind it was one of the coolest bars I've ever seen.
It was a 20gr Gryphon bar from the Bullion Bank. This thing is SWEET! I will now be collecting more of these. It's my first "Fractional Bar" other than 1gr varities. Look at this bad boy!!!
It has a beautiful Satin finish with proof like highlights on the raised lettering and Gryphon. I couldn't be happier with this bar.

You now have me heading in a new stacking direction as I've already found these bars in 1/20th ounce, 1/10th Ounce, 11/4 Ounce, 5 Grams, 10 Grams and a Full 1oz bar.
